1:1 personalized training at Bird Rock Fit in La Jolla, steps away from Windansea Beach. Every session is tailored exclusively to your unique goals and needs. We will focus on proper form and technique, coupled with a customized nutrition program to get you results!


You'll also have access to my training app to help you stay motivated and on track when you're on your own, ensuring your goals become reality!


Whether you're a beginner needing guidance, a seasoned pro craving results, or someone recovering from injury seeking to reclaim your strength, my holistic approach to fitness will empower you to thrive! 


Receive a customized workout program to fit your specific goals, nutrition coaching aligned with your lifestyle, and a monthly coaching call for guidance and accountability. ​

This program is available through my online training app, giving you the flexibility to workout at home or in the gym. The app includes follow-along exercise videos and a section to track your progress, along with 24/7 text support from me! I'll be there every step of the way to ensure your success.
