💬 What if I’m a beginner?No worries! The workouts are structured for all levels, and you’ll have guidance every step of the way. Join the Gym Membership or the Home Membership.

💬 What is the difference between the home and gym membership?The Home Membership you can do in the comfort of your home, using bodyweight & minimal equipment. Great for women with busy schedules. Suggested Equipment: Resistance bands, one set of heavy dumbbells, and one set of light dumbbells. Recommended, but not required are a swiss ball and a kettlebell. The Gym Membership requires a gym membership, as you will be using gym machines/equipment for your workouts.

💬 Does the membership come with a meal plan?You will receive a meal planning guide with sample meal plans, however, the membership does not come with one-on-one nutrition coaching. If you’re interested in one-on-one guidance, then check out my other coaching options here.

💬 What if I travel often?No worries! You’ll have access to an on-demand library with bodyweight & dumbbell workouts—perfect for on-the-go training.

💬 When is the monthly group call?Our monthly group call will be on the first Thursday of every month @ 6pm PST via Zoom. You'll get an email reminder every month :)

💬 What happens after I sign up?You’ll get a welcome email with all the specifics, plus immediate access to the app and community to start your journey! Workouts start the following Monday! Click here to join the Gym Membership or here to join the Home Membership.

💬 Can I cancel anytime?Yes! You have full flexibility—no contracts. But keep in mind, if you do decide to cancel (not sure why anyone would 💪🏼) and you later re-enroll, the program will start from the beginning!
